Your coin balance is stored in your browser's local storage. It will reset if you clear your browser cache or cookies, switch browsers, use incognito/private browsing, or access the site from a different device. To preserve your balance, avoid clearing browser data and always use the same browser on the same device.
If a game fails to load, try the following: refresh the page, clear your browser cache, ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings, try a different browser, or check that you're using a modern, up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
You must tick the checkbox confirming your age before the Enter button becomes active. If the modal keeps reappearing, your browser may be blocking local storage. Check your browser privacy settings and ensure local storage is permitted for this site. Private/incognito modes may also prevent saving.
Game animations use CSS and JavaScript. On older or lower-powered devices, animations may be slower. Try closing other browser tabs and applications to free up memory. Updating your browser to the latest version can also significantly improve performance.
